Life

I may be 17 and don't know what 'life' is avout, but my life consists of ups and major downs, at times the downs get more deep and the ups are a slight push. Frankly, my life is well shit but I mean I'm a teen so who's life isn't shit around this age?

I'm pretty sure moray of the people who are in high school already know what vodka or tequila taste like. I'm positive that at least a few have smoked a joint or smoked a cigarette or have done other types of self harm.

For girls, right now is at that complicated time where we try to look for someone or feel like we need something. Something to fill our esteem up. And it shouldn't be that, including myself I look for that type of comfort but not in a man but in red lipstick or my dear friend Mary Jane or my other friends Don Julio. They are not the best of people, but they help me lighten up from a crappy day.

It just sucks being human. I was about to type it sucks being a girl, but then again guys have shit times too. So it just sucks being human. It's just shit everywhere all around.

Social Media

So I have done it, I deleted my Facebook, snapchat, Tumblr and that's it. I feel weird but at the same time it's for my own good, I guess..

For a small price.

For a small price you can have an amazing life with good grades and amazing talent.
It will only cost you you're sanity, sleep, time, feelings, information.
You may expirience these symptoms:
-Insomnia
-Suicidal thoughts
-Depression
-Hunger
-Stress
-To over emotional 
-The list goes on, but thats alright. They are just unnecessary 

Has it ever?

Has it ever crossed your mind that in life maybe a few people will actually care what you have to say about a certain topic, and you know what maybe it is just those few people that make life worth while. It may not be a family member, or a close friend, but maybe a stranger with a weird connection to you. Someone you wouldn't call a friend but also not a complete stranger. Maybe someone you talk to but not know their name. And thats okay.

Just looking all this up is going to give me Ebola, God (I say that with complete sarcasm everyone.) Since Ebola broke out everyone is buying all this hand sanitizer and tissues and gloves, but AIDS has been around, and hardly anyone is buying condoms.

Insomnia maybe (?)

So recently I have been dealing with sleeping problems, it isn't as bad, but it would be considered a problem since I can't go back to sleep. Now, I as a high school student, need my sleep and can't function unless large amounts of coffee happen. Apperently I may have insomnia, but that is not what's bad, what's bad is the stress that school puts us through. On top of being a senior and making sure we get in applications due for collge, students have to fit in AP homework, essays, writing assignments, mathematics problems that take up many pages. To add on, we have to fit a social life to have extracurricular activities happen. Now many can do it but as they do it they sacrifice a little something called their sanity.

And now a days, who really needs that when you want a successful life?

Opinions, I guess

In my opinion, ha get it, because I'm in the opinion staff.

     I am not pleased with being in the opinion staff, it literally is not in my best interest, nor do i really like this staff, there is nothing wrong with the people, this just was not my first choice. You may think i am complaining, I am, I really am. I have no problem admitting it, but the opinion staff was not really in my interest, i just wanted to be in features, but for some amazing reason I was placed in the opinion staff. I see no point in me being here, I will not write how "amazing" my opinion staff is, when that really is not my opinion. After all this is just my own opinion. 
 I don't mind being here, after all. This was my second choice. Knowing my opinion does not say "this is the best staff because....." means i wont really get "credit" due to the fact i did not follow the assignment. 

And you know what, thats okay. :D

This story caught my attention at quick glance because its time like the modern times we live in where there are sexual predators everywhere. Almost any place we turn to, there might be a sexual predator, and its literally frightening because maybe one day one of our siblings, friends, or ourselves could be one of those victims. This is not just meant for women but also for men, because men can also be rape victims.

5:30 AM

Well it is 5:30 in the morning, a day after my birthday, and well i did not go to school on the day of my birthday. It was a very interesting day because i didn't have to deal with the worries of school juuuust yet not until that 7:30 bell rings and everyone is in their seats waiting if the teacher will actually teach, or if the teacher will put a movie and makes students take notes, yeah i did not want that for my birthday. Even though it was "wrong" because it was "school day" i had fun and enjoyed it very much. It was a very pleasant day for me, and i really don't regret not going to school on my birthday.

All the President Men

In All the Presidents Men we see two reporters investigating the Watergate scandal that do immense research through books, getting first person sources and trying to figure out why there was a break in to begin with. Within this movie that was based off the story written by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, these two reporters show many aspects of being good journalist. these qualities are:
-Persistance
-Determination
-Patience 
-A calling for news
-Enthusiasm
-Courageous

These are the most seen qualities from these two reporters. But mainly it was as if they were playing with fire because what they were doing no other person was doing. Trying to take down the president is serious business especially when no other person is trying to. If you wnt to know more, watch the movie or read the book because they are very interesting to see.

Within my mind there is a lot of things that lurk there, I have more questions than answers. I seek the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I mainly find it easy to type the way i think rather then have a format, it makes it easier since it just flows out instead of writing draft after draft after constant draft to get a few words out. 

Being in high school, now a senior from when i started, times have changed and so has my school. 
Now a days the upcoming freshman(graduating class of (2019) wont ever know the glory of being able to get seconds or thirds in nutrition/lunch. There was no magnet, and homerooms were 20 minutes long. School ended at 3:16 on a normal day and on a tuesday at 2:36 (i think..?)

Now as for my art, drawing is a major part of my life, i have been drawing for about 10 years and i have progressed within that time(of course) there will always be room for improvement, and i still try to find my art style, drawing is a hobby rather than an occupation. Art to me is everything, and i enjoy drawing especially when I'm bored in class, I like to doodle.
